Disgusting Service

I was horrified at the lack of solutions and disgusting service not to mention unreasonable behavior of staff at Truworths in the Mall of Africa. I have been a loyal customer since I was a student, from 1997 to now the service has deteriorated beyond words. The managers are not solution focused and half hearted apologies are the order of the day ......I definitely won’t return #disappointed #horrified
