Whenever you go into the parfume section , the staff talk in Xhosa about the customers in the shop , the tills to pay is never working the parfume department to pay , the airconditioners are never working in the store ,

lunch time when people pay accounts and purchase at sales there are only two tellers on duty and a line of 15+ people , when asking for the manager on duty (Ayesha) takes her time to come from the office , letting clients wait a further 3-5 minutes before casually strolling to assist.
