Disgusting service

This worse kind of service I have ever received from the store manager to the Area Manager. I bought a cellphone from the Greenacres Store in PE in the 21st of March 2024 the phone started freezing 1 day later I toke the phone back I waited 3 weeks for a response. Fast Forward 4 months later this phone has been with Truworths, the phone is paid up.i literally had the phone with me 6 days out of the 4 months. This unfair and poor service all round. The Store manager phoned me on Monday the 20th to say he is going to phone me Tuesday .Lol he never did he phoned me on Wednesday to apologize for not phoning me on Tuesday just to tell me he is going to phone me later that day on Wednesday the 22nd ..Today is the 28th yet no response. I have decided to settle account with Truworths and will never ever shop there again. I rather want my money back or a gift card to the value of the phone. This phone went back to the store with the same issue 4 times 4 TIMES
