Disgusting Service

Your customer service team is disgusting I was ****** with all my cards and ID and I am unable to obtain my idea before Xmas I just need to order clothing for my daughter's they couldn't help and advise there are no managers available why don't you have a line where managers operate on so that when a customer calls they can be assisted properly. Because of this service I won't shop with you again I will pay off my account and NEVER USE YOU AGAIN
