Disgusting service

I have placed the order on the 05th of June 2023. I received a call stating that the delivery was routed to Johannesburg rather than the south coast. I had updated the address over the phone the same day which was the 12th. I was told it would be delivered the latest on the 13th. I called in on Thursday the 15th. Apparently my details was not updated on the first call. I was told I would have my order here by Monday the 19th. Today is the 19th and there is no sign of my order being delivered. The service over the phone was pathetic and absolutely unhelpful. I am extremely disgusted at the service offered by truworths and this is not acceptable at all
