Disgusting service

My husband and I received absolutely pathetic service from Truworths Man at Liberty Midlands Mall. A takkie was purchased from the store a little over a week ago 12/07/2024. The takkie was worn the next day no more than 4hours. My husband found that the shoe was hurting him and he was uncomfortable, he barely walked with the shoe and it had creases. Long story short we took the shoe back and he decided he would change it for something more comfortable. The store manager refused to change the shoes, called his regional manager who came and treated us like we were stupid and we didn't know what we were talking about. The whole lot of them were so unprofessional. Firstly we were changing the shoe for something else, we were honest with them. And if a customer is not happy what happeened to policies of customers always come first. Disgusting service especially from their regional manager. Let me also mention that when I purchased the shoes I was told that the shoe can be returned within 30 days if there is a problem or if we were not happy . I still asked the guy even if it is worn and he said yes. When he called his manager he also mentioned in their language that our issue was similar to an issue they seemed to have had with another customer before we came through.
