Disgusting return
Last week I bought few item at Truworths Tygervalley including underwear (5 panties), I wore 3 of them and when I was about to wear the 4th one I discovered that it's tore. I returned it and they said that there's no more of that type is store, therefore I should return the rest of them so that they can refund me. I don't have a problem with returning them but I'm worried about the one's that I already wear. What are they going to do with them? When I think of people who will touch them I just feel disgusted. I will return everything and never buy at Truworths ever again.

We wish to advise that our Returns Policy allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality issue provided that the return is made within 6months from the purchase date and all the returns criteria are met. Please note that should a customer still have the proof of purchase and the return falls within this period, they are always welcome to take the item to the store for the store manager to assess.
