Disgusting poor customer service

Exactly a month later after returning a dress that I bought and wore in once then it was torn’ returned the dress and then was told it was not manufacture fault that I did tear the dress myself ‘ I asked the manager of truworths key west to provide me with the evidence surporting his Statement because accusation without evidence is not a good thing to do to people

I called the head office of truworths regarding this matter and someone said she will follow up with key west and I am still waiting for a feedback

This is super disgusting service coming from such a big company
