Disgusting loan sharks with no transparency on interest rates on arrears.

Truworths are completely exploitative, capitalising on poor people who lack of understanding on interest rates. Someone that works for me has gotten into a huge amount of debt through their Truworths card. Truworths are now charging 25.95% per annum (the highest legal minimum) plus additional fees. They refuse to find a way to reduce the amount, and will not give me their interest rate amounts for different amounts of arrears. Frankly, this is completely shocking. Truworths lacks transparency and accountability, driving people into more and more debt. I personally will NEVER shop with them because they are *********.
