Disgusting customer service- Truworths Pinecrest

I have never received such horrible service in my life. The Truworths in Pinetown- pine crest centre has to have the worst most useless manager or supervisor, whatever she is. She was so rude and apparently no one can buy you a gift and you can no longer do size swaps even with proof of purchase. Surely there were so many ways to prioritise customer service in that instance but she was just not willing to be helpful, throwing her poor etiquette in front of customers.

I will never ever set foot in that store ever again, that useless lady. Had the audacity to say Truworths does not abide by South African law. She would have rather lost a sale than assisted with a simple exchange, mind you I had proof of purchase, and a letter of authority from the person who purchased the gift.
