Disgusting Customer Service

Truworths Canal walk im so ****ed off this minute.I feel like i want to explode with anger. I just bought a cell A12. The lady Zoe set everything up.The last part apparently she could not because apparently she could not get signal. Told me to do final step to active at home.Well i thought No problem because she seemed sure about herself. Now Canal walk till my place Athlone is not a stone throw away. I get home dial the 136 she told me to active.As god us my witness the voice on other end say " service is rica blocked".Now thats not the cherry ontop as yet. I called the number of the store which this Zoe supp****.***. I tried calling 10 times.Everytime i call my call gets answered by something and it stays quiet and my airtime runs Pathetic pathetic pathetic TRUWORTHS. I called customer service i got another number which just rings and go on voicemail. ***. Talk about waisting my time and my airtime. This is not fair to me as a customer. I went to you guys in goid faith .Expect a working product and expect good customer service as I am a paying Customer. I definitely dont need aggravating circumstances and upsetting behaviour. I expect far better from u guys.. I want my phone activated they way it should have been done in the store.I could have been the " funny" guy in store and made her go look for a place where she can find signal..but no I was the decent understanding person I am.... Look where it gets me...with no phone activated...Costlt airtime....and being sent from pillar to post. No Truworths No..Sort this out ASAP
