Disgusting customer service at Giyani Masingita mall

Yuor Employee *** at Giyani Masinga Mall is the most disgusting human being. He has no sense of providing customer service. I went into your store this morning to exchange a skirt i bought for my mother as the one i bought earlier was tight. He asked me to fill in a stand number, i explained that I do not have a stand number as the area i reside in does not have a stand number, the argument that came after was the most disgusting act i ever came across, right infront of the manager and the entire store. as a customer dependent on outlet, you need to really look at who you hire. Stop hiring to for the sake of giving people jobs, that employee deserves nothing but poverty for treating people who contribute to his livelyhood like sht. this would be my last contribution to truworths.
