Disgusting customer service

Truworths management(Mimi and Walter) for store 180 and area are pathetic. It's 3 months down the line and I'm still getting the same customer service calling about an issue which both area and store managers claim to have solved. I don't know whether those in management communicate or not but it's a very unsatisfactory service that I'm getting... Maybe this issue needs to be resolved by the the region manager or better yet the CEO. I'm really disgusted, livid and appalled with the service. Maybe this store needs to be managed by someone who understands busines, customers and what is the role of a manager.
