Disgusting customer service

Truworths customer service is honestly disgusting. It's my second time writing on here about the same issue. They delivered the wrong parcel and I contacted them about it and asked them to organize their courier to pick up the parcel there was no communication about that. I wrote here they responded saying they'll have investigated the issue and the courier will collect the parcel. It's going on to 2 weeks now since I recieved the wrong parcel. I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mom which were R800+ and they delivered an LTD baby short that was R170. Now I'm suffering from the mistake THEY made. My mom been waiting for her shoes. At this point I just want my refund. Such a disappointment for a brand this big. There's no communication whatsoever
