Disgusting

I ordered a 2 pairs of pants 30/05/2022. Received the item with a security tag on the 15/06/2022. After much back and forth via email. I got somebody to call me. They eventually arranged for collection. As I was not about to take the pants back to the store with security tag, after paying R50 delivery. My account was only credited on 11/07/2022. I logged on on Monday. For some reason I was owing R60. Which I paid that day. Yesterday, 12/07/2022 I must of received 7 calls requesting payment. I received an overdue statement yesterday as well. Nobody at head office could get a hold of the necessary department to tell them what has transpired. I’ve never been more disgusted by a company in my life. Had they done what they needed to do. None of this would of happened. No ownership no accountability. I only got somebody to call me after threatening I am going to post about it.
