Disgusted with TRUWORTHS

I called TRUWORTHS after receiving a message that I'm in arrears, I disputed that because I'm paying them on a monthly basis, a lady by the name of Lerazi said she will investigate and get back to me because I also found out that there were 2 transactions that took place and I wasn't aware of. I called them again on Friday last week and I was told I will receive a call from one of the managers and that did not happen. I went to check my Credit Record and was shocked that TRUWORTHS said I'm 30 days in arrears when I specifically ask them to rectify their mistake. I need TRUWORTHS to tell me how did someone manage to buy with my card and how could I be in arrears when I pay them on a monthly basis?
