Disgusted with credit service hounding you for payment during covid19

Absolutely disgusted with the staff from Truworths credit services. I notified Truworths customer care services and credit services well in advance and called the customer care line to say I cannot afford my entire installment but will be paying more than 50%. I was not earning an income during lockdown and still unable to draw a salary due to the adverse effects of covid19 lockdown. Not once have I ever defaulted in not paying my account prior to this. Truworths should be grateful I have paid more than 50% of my installments. Other retailers will get praised for the grace and holiday payment relief they offered during lockdown. Truworths I WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOU AGAIN.
