DISGUSTED SERVICE TRUWORTHS IN BELLVILLE

My husband ordered a sneaker online on the 20.11.2025 for collection @ the store. On the 26.11.25 he received an sms that the order is ready for collection, when I went to fetch the item @ the store I immediatley informed the sales lady that it is the wrong order I then opened it only to find a white chiffon scrunchie for R45. The details on the delivery note outside the parcel were correct but the details on delivery comfirmation inside the parcel belonged to someone else. The lady contacted the Truwoths branch in Bellville were the item was packaged from & I was told that I must leave the incorrect item @ they will investigate and call me back urgently.. After hours I called the truworths bellville to find to follow up and I spoke to the acting store manager Noolen who informed me that they waiting for the other customer to get their order to see if she will get my order then take it from there..during our conversation when she could not answer my questions she gave the phone to a Xhosa speaking person without even informing me as if I requested to speak my language😡😡😡Mind you the other customer stays in citrusdal & Im in CPT so now I have to wait for who knows how long for my issue to be resolved and she cant even check where that order is & how long will it take to reach the other customer. I told her that Im not prepaerd to wait for that as I did not make the mistake but her store made the error, I also told her that the other customer might not even get the sneaker then what???? I asked her to do a refund or get me the item I ordered from other stores then the store can deal with the issue/ problem after all its her store that that created the problem so why must I be the one that sufferes for her store's mistake... she promised to call me back but still now nothing no call NIKS😡😡😡
