disgusted service

I’m so disgusted with the treatment that I received from your store in Campus Square Johannesburg Branch 128

On Friday myself and my husband (who is an account holder) visited your store to pay the account and purchase a few items

We viewed a few T shirts and then decided just to pay the account and not to purchase anything as there was no credit available We left the store and did a few errands and as a was about to pass the store again one of your employees Bridgette Dlamini(so I was told ) approached me and ask me where the t-shirts are that I took I was very confused and she repeated herself by saying that I took t-shirts as she checked the stock and the ones I was looking at was not there I immediately told her that I can go in the store and how her that I have put them back on the shelf

When we entered the store I took her to the he T-shirts and showed her where I have left them ,with a smocked remark she just said “oh OK” THAT’S IT

I was so shocked and embarrassed at the same time that when I reached the door of the store I realised that I was just accused of *****ing When I ask to speak to the store Manager, she was not available but was then assisted by Florence she was in charge at that point

She than kept on asking me not to cause a scene when I was very calm at first She was reluctant to give me the lady that accused me of *****ing details as I wanted to call head office at that point to lodge a complaint These ladies at the store mocked and laughed at me while I was asking for the information of the person that accused me

1. I was accused of theft in public 2. I was not even ask that they have a problem in the store to please accompany them to that they can speak to me 3. I was made a fool and laughed at in front of a whole store full of customers 4. I was screamed at when I said that I was logging a complaint and was told to do as I wish 5. I gave my details to Florence(who is supposed to be the manager at the time) and up till now no apology was received
