Disgusted Service

3 weeks ago I have been to Truworths Chatsworth, we picked a garment that was marked down at 50% only to get to the till to be told by the teller that the garment was marked down in error, I did explain to the teller and several floor managers that the price you see is the price you pay and also mentioned that the garment was needed for a funeral for the next day.

Despite explaining the situation no one wanted to help and asked me to take another garment, i had no option but to take a more expensive garment on because it was approximately 16h30 and the store was going to close

I did take pic of the marked down garment

I have emailed Truworths head office and one received response stating that they will investigate and get back to me but nothing has been done to date
