Disgusted. Rude Rude Rude

My problem, if you read the complaint, is that PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE IN FULL AS PER THE COMMITTMENT MADE. Yet your staff continued to harass me for a further week, when I asked that they check for my payment I was told that "that does not make sense, we know it isn't there" however when I contacted Truworths via your online portal, the response was that payment was reflecting. So why the harassment? During this pandemic every one of us has experience financial difficulty, yet Truworths staff are still rude, uncaring and not even close to logical because it ABSOLUTELY makes sense to check for payment before treating a customer the way I was treated. If not for the awesome staff at my local Truworths (Alberton City) I would close this account and never shop with Truworths again.
