Disgusted by Truworths service!

To say I am disappointed will be an understatement, I am disgusted by Truworths. I made an online purchase on the 11/12/2022, I then started to do follow ups from the 19/12/2022 and would get the same response from consultants that they will escalate and get back to me which they never do it went all the whole week. Yesterday the 23/12/2022 I was told that the warehouse can't locate my parcel and there is nothing they can do👎mind you my niece is supposed to wear this tomorrow and I'm told that a refund will take more than 14 days. SUCH A DISGRACE FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE TRUWORTHS!
