Disgusted by the behaviour and service

Unsatisfied Customer: I've been a loyal customer of the Truworths brand for the past 18+ years and I'm shocked to say that the client service over the past 3 years has been appalling. Recently I've been to the Greenstone Mall Truworths, Store No: 269 on several occasions as requested by management to correct a mistake made by one of their employees (Christina). The manager as well another senior employee (Given) was rude and in front of many customers kept repeating herself after I advised I understood what she said. I was treated in an embarrassing manner, and was then given head office number to complain, in a proud manner. I realised why, as I logged a complaint (ref. no: 83575 with Marshall) who did not even take my number down, and to date I have received no feedback. Makes sense why the staff are willing to tell their customers to complain.The behaviour was disgusting(Service @Truworths- has declined) This is one of the many public sites I will report this on
