Disgusted at Truworths 409

I'm utterly disgusted at the service we received at Truworths Pmb Church Street Friday we standing in the line, it's quiet long and the Indian aunty who is not even in the front of the que complains to store manager Eloise ****son, nxt thng she gets taken to another till point to make her purchase, mind u she is jumping like 7ppl infront of her. So we all c this happening and ask store manager why she jst did this and she completely ignores us as customers and not even once did she apologize Is this how store managers threat their ppl cz of race u cn jump the line. I feel it was wrong, we had old ppl waiting and myclf being pregnant had to wait in the long line while other ppl got preference We deserve an explanation and apology from this lady or this won't be the end. We refuse to accept this race card cz we all use money at the store, why must this lady be given special treatment
