Whilst we acknowledge your frustration in this regard we can verify that in line with our credit agreement cellphone and cellular accessory purchases are only permitted after six months from the date an account was opened and only if merchandise has regularly been purchased on such an account.
We were unable to locate your account details on our database and have subsequently sent you an email requesting these details for us to further investigate the concerns raised in your post.
