I am absolutely DISGUSTED in your service. I have been a loyal customer for OVER 15years. I have placed an online order for delivery to which you have canceled (due to some lame excuse that my name doesn't match my account) even tho I supp**** u with my account ID EVERYTHING else matches ID address etc yet you dont bother to contact me to verify it was me or take into account that womans names change (if they marry). After yesterday i was again embarrassed in your Mall of Africa store because my name didnt match after showing ID. Im a beyond annoyed that you cant get this together. I will NO LONGER be supporting truworths as this is not the first time. I WIL #Truworths fashion group
