Disgusted
bought shoes on Saturday and went back on Monday to make an exchange and they’re refusing to exchange and saying that they’re system is off line, it’s Friday now so are you saying that your system has been offline since cause even today they refused to make the exchange. I don’t even want the exchange anymore just want my money back. Both Truworths at Mokopane staff are very very rude, I’m starting to think that it’s just me they’re rude to. Im very disgusted with this behavior, I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and this will be my last purchase at this store because they’re giving me problems for the second time, I gave the store the benefit of doubt but they’ve disappointed me for the second time. This is absurd
