Disgruntled Debtor

I am a current client of Truworths,one thing that credit Providers do not understand as well as their call centres,they don't resolve issues with credit,they argue and send false information and in turn cause our credit score to decline . My account was affected by the Country's economically restricted period ,I missed one payment and thereafter the information sent to the credit bureau was repeated for the following months,although payments that followed were followed consecutively . You call into the Call Centre& the "schooling"doesn't reslove relations,it encourages discouraged opinion about this business. Just be careful you don't end up messing up relations with customers as you will lose lots of potential business. My minute installment seems insignificant,but trust me it may be the difference between your ability to get to profit and loss
