Disgruntled customer

I bought shoes for my son for over R400 at Truworths two months ago and they're now in a terrible condition. I took them back to Truworths at Cresta Shopping Centre today and the manager told me that she can't accept the shoes when I tried to exchange them for another pair of shoes. What a horrible service I got when I went there and I wouldn't recommend that branch to anybody I know. It was my time and my petrol that I wasted going there only to be turned away as though I was a beggar. Will you please assist me with this promptly?
