I would like to escalate a complaint for a issue which I've experienced at your Zevenwatch store. There was a pair of men's formal shoes which I saw online and Vredendal branch was the only one which had stock. I went into store on Saturday morning to request that the shoes be transferred from Vredendal to Zevenwatch, I spoke to Margie at Vredendal who was such great help on Friday. On Saturday morning we were in the store for close to an hour waiting for them to find the shoes it was eventually found. Monique is the sale person I spoke to she advised that she will hand the IBT request over to the store manager who will hand it to the area manager ..... I called Monday and was advised that the IBT was handed to the area manager ..... I called the store this morning 4 days later and it doesn't seem like Megan who is the store manager has any of the information regarding the request I made. I made extra note that we need the shoes by next Tuesday as our wedding is on the 1st of March which is the Saturday. When I phoned and over the weekend the shoes was still R360 but now it seems that the price has increased.

I would expect that since this is a delay on the stores end that I will be paying the amount that I saw on Friday and not the new price. I honestly want this miscommunication and delay to be sorted as it already been such a hassle to get a pair of shoes.
