Disgraceful unprofessional service TRUWORTHS

Truworths customer services is appalling. They encourage you to call their customer services to make an arrangement if you cannot pay your full instalment. But when you do, there is no record of it and you have been handed over. They call and message you multiple times a day, which is harassment. Explaining that you should have never been handed over and the fault was their side falls on deaf ears. I'm still being encouraged to call their customer service line THAT I ALREADY DID, BEFORE BEING HANDED OVER.
