Disgraceful online shopping experience

Very disappointed with your online shopping.

I placed an order on 4 June for goods (Order o***2). I was not told there was a problem with stock & stock showed as available at time of purchase. I ordered 6 items a week ago and only 1 was delivered yesterday. Now after a week and AFTER the promised delivery you send me a message to say one of the items isn't in stock. What about the other items ? Why am I to wait another 7 - 10 days for a refund ! You take a week to process order and now stock is gone and I must wait another 10 days for a refund.

Very poor service !
