Disgrace and unprofessional

I had the worst experience at Truworths Eastrand Mall in Boksburg. For a big fashion house like Truworths, you can surely employ staff that is not as rude, disrespectful and unprofessional like I experienced today. The staff at Eastrand Mall is a disgrace for the company.
