Discriminatory behavior and Bad service

Today i went to Truworths Welkom Branch in Goldfields mall . At the entrance i explained to the security that i have allergies currently worse now that im pregnant may i use my own sanitizer , it has 70% alcohol kills 99.9 % of germs . Compiles with the WHO & National covid 19 regulations . The answer was it’s either i use the store one or i leave , i asked for the manager . I explained to her , but she already had attitude , told me if i don’t use theirs i must leave they can’t help me . I phoned head office , also said the same thing. Being a Doctor i was very Disappointed with the treatment towards people with medical problems ,I left the store without making payment . The attitude of not listening to clients with medical problems is upsetting & shocking . One must risk & use sanitizer on the store without any percentages of contents on the sanitizer bottle in the store. Very Dissapointed & Shocked by this treatment . Funny enough Woolies &@ home Not far from their store , i used my sanitizer with no issues .
