Disaster Online Packaging

I am extremely angry with the packaging of Truworths. Bought a necklace online and received it with a massive knot.

After hours of trying to untangle the knot the chain eventually broke. What is the point of mixing jewellery all together in one small box? Absolutely unacceptable!
