Disappontment in Truworths

I am on debt review out of choice. The last payment Truworths received from the debt review company was in January. In June they contacted me. I have been liaising with the debt review company on that and they gave me the information that Truworths debt is paid to Capital Data Management Company. I have sent all correspondence between all parties to Truworths. Instead Truworths has handed me to attorneys to collect the debt. My question is, what happened to the monies received and paid to Capital Data. Truworths has not reponded to my queries, instead I keep on getting the messages from the attorneys. The NRC called me to informed me that I am red flagged.
