Disappointment for Christmas

So after having done a fashion delivery at Truworths Eastgate where I was told my order would take 3-4 working days to arrive at Truworths Ladysmith in KZN, almost a month later and no order. When the order did arrive there was only one shoe in the box and im being told the order will only arrive after Christmas. I now need to go tell my daughter that the shoe she was eagerly anticipating will no longer be the there for Christmas due to incompetence. I then cancelled the order for the shoe and I dont think i will be walking into a Truworths store anytime soon, thank goodness i have a debit order with them for what i owe them
