Disappointment

Today 21/10/2023 I went to Truworths in Zevenwacht Mall to purchase a cell phone, I selected the cell phone I wanted as displayed, only to find out that the phone is out of stock and I chose the second option only to find out it is also out of stock. I asked the store assistant(lady with blonde hair style) why they displayed phones that are out of stock ? Her reply was " I was not here yesterday, people who were here didn't remove the displayed" then she removed both Hisense phones and leave. just like that! Not even a sorry.
