Disappointment

I am so disappointed with my experience in Context (Truworths) in WaterFront Cape Town, went there on a Tuesday(1st March) to buy a dress(EarthAddict) that costs R950 and it was a gift for my sister who stays in Port Elizabeth(Gqeberha), and she was suppose to wear it on Saturday (5th March) on her birthday party, so at the shop i was assisted by Nelly, my plan was to take the dress with an account and then my sister will go to a Truworths in PE and take it, but no Nelly suggested a home delivery with a cost of R50 so i thought that will be more convenient instead of going to shop. I asked her when will the dress be delivered and she said before Saturday. Well today is Monday and dress has not arrived and we had to make alternatives to get my sister another dress, and on Friday i don't know how many times i called Nelly at first she was busy calling the head office to confirm and she promised to call me back and i called the whole day and she was avoiding my calls till the shop closed at 9pm.
