Disappointing Treatment

Hi ,I just want to warn people regarding opening an account at Truworths, I opened an account years ago and was a great payer never even missed one payment. I was retrenched March and informed them of my situation. I have never had peace from that day, because i was being called 10 times a day being forced to make an arrangement with money, that i do not have. They never showed sympathy in my situation. I was forced to hustle installment to have peace of mind. Last month i could not pay the arranged amount and only paid R799 .Now i am being notified that my account was handed over with one month of not paying arranged amount. I am so frustrated and disappointed at how i have been treated by Truworths after being a loyal customer for years.
