Disappointing Service / zero care for customers

On the 13 September 2024, after liking a perfume sold at Truworth from my sister, I decided to go purchase it. The bottle cap was not in good condition as the plastic around it got loose and now I can't close the bottle.

The bottle and the cap shows no sign of damage, I went to the shop at Truworth Greenstone to return and get a new one, the manager was rude and not understanding towards me. Sprayed the perfume on herself which she intended on giving back to me after asking another staff if she has another cap Proceeded to say she will escalate the matter cause it doesn't make sense.

Mind you I did not want a refund just exchange cause it's definitely a factory fault. So she said she will investigate and come back to me within 48 hours, meaning I must find time and go there again. This is unprofessional
