Disappointing service

I was at Truworths Mall of Africa today and yet again, the service was horrible. I have been to this same store a couple of times but end up leaving my clothing items because the service is so slow. On all occasions that I have been there, I have found 2 people working at a checkout point which has more than 6 systems. Yet the whole store has a checkout point on both the floors. The 2 people who were working at these points today looked overwhelmed as well because the line is so long and they have to service all these people. There is a huge service gap in this store. More could be done. Really disappointing….
