Disappointing Service

I ordered a sandal from Truworths in November 2019 and unfortunately I lost the strap that ties around the ankle and inquired if a can be assisted with replacing it. i went in store and called their head office and the response I got is " Sorry we can't assist". This shoe is only available at Truworths and I take full responsibility, I am very willing to pay for a new strap if need be. The employees are not even willing to look through returned damaged shoes, or any excess starps they might have. I was informed by a very friendly lady that works in the shoes department that she finds the straps lying on the floor all the time because the straps are not secured properly.

The level of service I received is very disappointing and the staff's attitude even worse.
