disappointing service

We were truly concerned to read about your experience and wish to co
nfirm that the Store Supervisor mentioned in your post did not follow the correct procedure with regards to pricing queries.

We have therefore escalated your concerns to the relevant Store Manager and can confirm that she has addressed this matter with the Supervisor involved. She will further remind all staff members on the importance of upholding our high service standards.

Our manager has attempted to contact you but was regretfully unsuccessful in her attempts. She has however asked us to apologize on behalf of herself and the staff members involved for any inconvenience or upset caused to you as a result of this matter.

Following our telephonic conversation, you have informed us that you are no longer interested in obtaining the item at the marked down price, however should you still wish to obtain the handbag at the reduced price we will be gladly assist in this regard.

We are pleased that we were able to sufficiently resolve this matter for you and hope to see you in our stores again soon.
