Disappointing customer service

I've had a truworths account for 3 years now and I have not received my card yet, today I had the worst experience ever in one of their stores in Southgate mall the beauty(makeup) section. The ladies treated me like a ******** because I purchased with my ID book because I don't have a card. They had the nerve to even say I am a wanted suspect like TF even after I answered all the questions correct not even one of them apologized for the inconvenience. I have never been so embarrassed like this in my life and the fact that I pay my account every month and never missed a payment.

Hope that you discipline the two ladies that's not a way to talk to your customers even if there's a misunderstanding.
