Disappointed with the treatment

I bought floral pants at Truworths Eastrand mall and they did not have the matching floral coat, On Saturday (06/03/2020) I went to Truworths Eastgate mall and I found a size 30 which was too small, I asked if they can order either a size 34 or 36 for me from other stores (they found a size 34 at ****arney Mall), i was told that i should open an account with them before they place an order and i opened one. funny enough they said the system to order is offline (meanwhile they could open an account and pick up stores with the very same system) the Manager called the ****arney store to ask if the coat was indeed available, and it was available, and he asked me if they should bring it to the store, which i rep**** yes, (The manager was very rude and i did not like the way he talked to me,it seemed like i was wasting his time,I even left the store very embarrassed). Before I left, I asked the teller to close the account since i did not get help with it and i do not need an account , she said i have to buy something and then they can close it (i felt ****med). i left the store and drove to ****arney mall where i found the coat and unfortunately it was a little bit tight on the arms, there I found a lady (Lungelo) who helped me very quickly and she was very friendly, she checked if i can get a size 36 elsewhere, the system picked up Eden meadow shopping complex, she called them to put the coat aside for me, i drove there and bought the coat and some more clothes with the account so that i will be able to close it later this month.
