Disappointed truworths customer again

Good day truworths , still waiting to date for someone with authority to give me a call to resolve my problem , Pavilion floor manager/store manager and area manager unable to make to take a decision , only decision they can take to HELP me is to inconvenienced me again , taking the suppliers part, guess Truworths and it's management is to big for the small customer,
