Disappointed poor quality

Got a Daniel Hecter bag as a Christmas gift last year, 2021, it was purchased at the Glen shopping center Johannesburg, very disappointed with the quality, the bag handle stitching has become frail. I have not used the bag frequently + - once a month when going shopping, there is no reason for me to use the bag frequently as I am a stay at home mum
