DISAPPOINTED LOYAL TRUWORTHS CUSTOMER

What an absolutely horrible experience I had at Truworths Parys. I have told myself over and over to never go there again and close my account, but somehow a person always ends up there with the idea to buy something nice for somebody on account...who can afford to buy anything cash these days.....It was to my utmost disappointment that I could however not exchange the underpants that I bought for my husband....he took one look at them then laughed out loud because they were completely too small......I went to our store and explained that my husband never fitted them and asked if I could possibly exchange them for a size bigger......my question is just the following......are you allowed to exchange a bra? You are allowed to fit them in store right? Is this not an undergarment? I am very very confused as to why a set of underpants with their tags and a payment slip completely untouched cannot be exchanged for a bigger pair??????? To make matters worse, the manager made me feel like a child in front of other customers for me even asking to exchange this........I am totally over Truworths!!!!!! REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE, MANNERS AND RIDICULOUS PROTOCOLS...................
