Disappointed in Truworths!

<p>Really disappointed in Truworths.</p> <p>It's my first time baying at Truworths. I bought myself underwear of R320, 06/01/2017. On the first day It's started to pulling loose and it's busy falling apart. I'm staying 20 km out of town, I had a chance to go back to Town and back to the store in Bela-Bela Limpopo. I told them about the problem, and that the underway is pulling apart and I didn't expect that from Truworths clothing.</p> <p>The people at store told me that I must please bring it back to the store. there is a six month return policy. So I asked them even on underway? and they've rep**** yes. So I told them I'm staying too far out of town but will see if I can bring it in on Saturday 18/02/2017 Will it be okay? And they said to me yes. Not a problem. I mass just bring the proof of purchase with.</p> <p>So I went to the store today (Saturday 18/02/2017) with my slip and the underwear. I showed them the problem and they agreed with me that this is not a very good.</p> <p>The lady at the front desk said to me she must first phone other managers to confirm.</p> <p>After 15 min She came back to me and said that She is not allowed to return or to give my money back.</p> <p>I asked her then but you guys said I can bring it back and that there is a six month return policy. She said yes but she was not sure on underwear. So I wasted now my time petrol and money to go all the way back to the store. that is unacceptable!!!!</p> <p>R320 is lots of money. And now I'm sitting with brand-new underway what is actually a waste of money. I was willing to open account with you guys but after this situation I'm not even interested in a account with you guys, and will never ever support any Truworths in my life. Not even my family, because I will surely told them about this and your poor product.</p> <p>Is unacceptable to buy expensive stuff at Truworths and this is the quality you get, poor clothing!! Truworths Even tell the customer that they can bring in the stuff they will help to exchange, or to give the money back. and then I go back to the store, then it is a totally different story!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>unacceptable!!!!!!</p>
